When will you want to be leader or a follower

There are times you dont like your leaders, you often complaints, the way they leads, rules and manage things, but does it means you want to replace them, because they are incapable of doing such things? when is the right time to be a leader or a follower? Do you need specific interest to push yourself to become a leader or wait other people to push for you and then pulled-out yourself if you dont like the situation. Do you often think what's the benifits lies ahead? for you to decide would you rather be a leader or a follower? Often told by others that great leaders have the passion, vision, will to decide things, team player and character. Now if you have all of these mentioned it is time to be a leader? or would you remain as a follower.

Hi,there! I never force myself to be a leader or a follower.I think it's good to let things go naturally.I think if I've got the chance to be a leader,I'll try to do better and care for my followers.I always think one's ability is limited, team work is the real way for success:) If I don't have the chance to be a leader, then I will be a good follower for the brilliant leader.I will do all I can to help him/her.I'll share problems and find solutions with the leader as well as our coworkers:) Thanks for the discussion and have a good day^_^

you'll know when the time is right. when the time is right to lead you will do so and when it is right to follow you will also do so. just know your position and respect those who are in authority or they will not respect you when you are. keep that n mind

Hello, Jobal!now a days you will never get a true leader.most of the leaders are born with silver spoon in their mouth.they become leaders because of their family background and money power.specially in my country i find this.some others become leaders by dint of muscle power, and a limited few become leaders because of their ability and reputation.personally,i like to join politics, and do something good for the nation.during my college career i was a student leader and during service career also a union leader.but that would not help me to be a leader of the nation ,since i do not possess money or muscle power, nor i am born with silver spoon.as such, i do not want to be a leader or follower of any leader of any party.it is better to be ruled in the heaven than to rule in the hell.thank you.good luck.

It is differences to different people. people be of different age, character, ect. firstly, i think is not a good thing to be a leader as you are so young. Supposed you when you are tweenty five you became a CEO or something like this, and you will be at this position for the last thirty years! It is a terrible thing. secondly, i think if you are too gentle, you can be a leader.
