i need some sleep

due to recent circumstances and stress i have not been able to sleep well.i am up at 6 times a night at least.does someone have any natural sleeping remedies that may help me?thanks in advance

Well I can relate in some extent to what you are going through. I am going into my 9th month of pregnancy and due to that and some stressful circumstances a good nights sleep is hard to get. My advice is try a nice warm bath or hot shower before going to bed, drinking a glass of warm milk, taking deep breaths and enjoying a good book before going to sleep. Also helps if you have some classical or soothing music to listen to. Anything that will take your mind off of whats going on. I sometimes listen to mozart before going to bed. Hope that helps.

i usually have a bath before bedtime and i love to read. i think i will try some of this tea.i actually have a aromatherapy book and will read up tonight cheers

I don't encourage you to eat sleeping pills, you should maintain a pleasant mood. I wish you good the next,sleep.

Sleep,I need 12 hours slepping in every night.I have a good minde for learning to my faculty.Sleep is good to relax body .

for me, i usually take some alternative herbal medicines... when i'm stressed out i drink those medicinal mushroom tablets just to get some sound sleep :-) take care Sue
