So ive decided i want to quit smoking!

S i have made a goal today! another yes:).lol i would like to quit smoking, i have smoked my last cigarette for good, Have you quit smoking? or quit somthing else veary addicting?. what type of things did u do,to distract you of your cravings? any idea will help! thanks

The only way to do it is go cold turkey!!! there's no other way ...i have done it because of my throat...im getting vocal training to become a singer...so i have i have given up cig for my talent

I am a non-smoker and I am here to support you! Perseverance and will power is all you need now. Be determined and I am sure you can achieve your goal. Keep yourself occupied with work and family. =D

Thank you so much for your responce!! the one thing i do not have is a veary strong will,and have yet to find a way to make it stronger. though i wish it was!!. but i will and am ready to try my harest for my daughters sake:D.. thanks gain for your comment:D.. when i need a cigerette im ganna be emailing you!! hehe:D...

Think of your daughter whenever you feel like picking up that stick. Second hand smoke is more harmful than first hand smoke. I am sure you do not wish to jeopardize your daughter's health. =D Feel free to PM me. =P

Yes i have herd second hand smoke is worse then smoking!. i smoke outside though, but children do as they see most the time so that is why i really wanna quit. that and man they are expensive these days!.lol

If you say I have decided I want to quit smoking is a long sentence,meaning to say you will take quite sometime to do so. Therefore say it to yourself I HAVE DECIDED TO QUIT SMOKING RIGHT NOW. If you give time for quit smoking, it is not possible to quit. Smoke will take over you. All the best and you are going to enhance your longevity by 10 to 15 years. All the best in your endeavours.

my dad quit cold turkey and never went back he just stopped i wish you the best keep at it don't give up
