The Thrift Store group on CafeMom

I noticed this group today on CafeMom called The Thrift Store. Does anyone know anything about it? It says you can sell your things on there. That would be great because you wouldn't have to pay any fees like ebay.
Let me know anyones thoughts or if you are in this group!
