How To Make A Featured Article?

I'm a writer of our school publication and I'm currently assigned for a featured article about the first Philippine solar-powered car and the upcoming movies for the Metro Manila Film Fest... and, I'm not that good into feature writing. Anyone who could help me or gve me the format of a featured article?? Badly need help. Thanx..

wow!...that's so cool...try to search over the internet...probably you can try reading some tips for helium.com or just search for feature writing tips...i was a feature writer back in my elementary days...that was centuries ago...lol...i cannot remember most of the tips...but i suggest, try searching over the internet...you will find a lot there... by the way, when is the MMFF?...i'm not in our country right now, so i don't have a single idea...
