If you are working, and you experience working in a private or public entity, which do you prefer. I have been working with the government for the past years. There are some pitfalls in working with the government but to me I like it here, than working in a private firm. Of course I havent experience working in a private firm except for some co-terminus job but I prefer working in the government. Maybe I want also to serve my country and my people. The pay may not be as comparable to those working in private, but basically it is the same. The pressure is not that much and I can work with less supervision, with my ideas being used sometimes and I see to it they I also undergoing continuous education.
