why are teens nowadays so into emo/screamo bands?

The general youth is into making themself stand out from everyone else, the sad state of that has left us with a whole bunch of people looking the same just this time they look scene instead of well normal youngsters. I am avoiding calling people emo as people are not music. So the right word of terms and use is: "The scene kid listens to emo music". But anwyays, the reason people listen to emo or screamo music? Its simple, very simple... Emo and screamo owns. Same reason so much people listened to Beatles before (still do though but thats beyond the point).

Hahaha i love that emo screamo!!.lol i think i might just steal that from you! i love emo because they talk about thing that are going on with people depression is a really big thing and its serious!, i like screamikng,well i dont know why but i like it:D.....what do u concider emo anyway?

Its because the teens are Emo too..they have the attitude of being an Emo plus screomo bands.haha.There only a countable teens interested in this types of band..maybe a lot out there who like..More n more fans will appeared later if they have got good music for ears.

Hello. I guess, this has to do with age. I mean, when you were younger you never realized that you were such an emo being until you see and hear people (younger ones) being so into rock music, or alternative stuff where screaming comes for free. :)
