The very best advice I can give you is to post, post, post. the Word Games forum, in General Discussion is very fun, and it helps you find a lot of threads to post in, without having to write too much for each post. If you don't want to write much of anything at all, there's always Chatterbox, where you can "bump" to your heart's content. The puzzles also make you an average of 80 gold or so per puzzle. If you can put them together really quick, you can earn upwards of 100 gold or more. Selling the Daily Chance items is good, as well. It's only a little bit per item, but every little bit helps, right? Polls are yet another great way to earn gold. Each one gives you ten gold, and you can vote in up to ten polls a day before they stop giving with the gold. Chatterbox is a great place to find lots of threads with polls. If you feel confident enough, you can always play with the Marketplace. Gambino is right: buy low and sell high. It takes lots of patience, though. If you buy things with Gaia Cash, you need a lot less patience. Most things go for about 4,000 gold, sometimes more. And if you buy a monthly letter, and luck out and get a good item, you can sometimes get tens of thousands of gold within the first few days of it opening. A good way to make gold on Gaia is doing the puzzles. You can make a lot of gold this way. I think it's one of the fasted ways to make gold unless you know how to work the marketplace. I'm not good at working the marketplace so I do puzzles and post in the forums. Also, post comments on people's profiles and add a journal entry everyday and post comments to others journals. Those are the main ways to earn gold.

There are several ways. One is selling items that you get from the daily chance. Shaking trees, shrubs, and rocks in the towns area and while your there picking up trash, bugs and flowers which can either be sold as is or turned into other things that sell for more. You get a small amount just from looking around the site and posting and voting in forums each day will earn you some as well. Oh, and playing dome of the games.

Play games, um... other then that.. you have to know someone.. and get some items to sell and what not.. make a little shop on gaia and sell artwork or something thats what I do (ive been neglecting gaia for this site though)
