That's funny meenneixs. But I guess practically true. Healtcare is supposed to be a basic service that should be delivered by the government and we are paying taxes for these basic services. However, it is so sad to note that government hospitals (I'm referring the case of the Philippines) are ill-equipped (lacks proper equipments) to take care of the health of the people and so people have no choice but to go to private doctors where they have to pay a lot more.
