What makes you smile? My children makes me smile. My hubby makes me smile. My family and love ones all make me smile. Seeing people treating others nicely makes me smile. A beautiful day makes me smile....There are a lot of things that makes me smile. Everything in that order....

Having a positive outlook on life makes me smile. Why is that so? That's because if you choose to live life feeling happy and contented in your heart, appreciating all the things that God has given to you to enjoy, and cherishing the bonds of relationships of family, relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues around you, you will experience the joy of daily living, and everyday you will carry a smile on your face wherever you go and in whatever you do. That's how I am living my life...cheerful and smiling. Everyday can be a beautiful day that God has created. Not that I do not have my share of burdens or problems. Sure there are, but if I maintain a happy disposition, problems will just be challenges and learning experiences, and no problem will be insurmountable that it will weigh me down. Life will be very tolerable if you choose to live it this way.

I have a confession to make... I am unlike some people who have a heavy burden hanging over them...people who are homeless, those who are poor and cannot make ends meet, those who suffer separation or divorce in their life, and the list goes on. I have been blessed more than many others, and I thank God for that. I nevertheless still have to face problems, issues and challenges as part of daily living. I often remind myself that I am not alone in facing these. God is my strength, helper, guide and source of comfort. He helps me face up to these challenges and make prudent decisions along the way. It's like someone is there to help me shoulder the burdens of life. As a result, I feel happier, I smile more and I interact better with others around me.

It is wonderful that you have maintain your positive outlook on life even through the road blocks in life. Those road blocks are what makes us stronger and God Himself watches over us and guides us with Him leading, we will be more than okay...Believe in Him and draw strength from Him and you can believe in yourself---then you can handle anything. You sound like a very strong person who can handle a lot and it is true if you can live life cherishing those around you that loves you and be grateful for all the blessings from God and have faith in Him then there is nothing to worry about in life...what would worrying do but bring you more great hair right hehe.....Smile and the world is your oyster......

I love that song. I remember I drove my roommate nuts back in the days when I use to sing it none stop...It wasn't really me not wanting to stop singing it but you know once you start you can not get it out of your head....LOL

Hehe, yeah the birds chirping makes me smile too. And seeing all those cherry blossoms or any type of beautiful flowers makes me smile too. Well, you can say that all pretty things makes me smile..........

The person who can make me smile is my family, specially now that my daughter keep on taking anything, even do she learn how to talk but i love to hear how she will repeat it, and if we got together with old friends, sometimes watching movie make me smile to.

Dear friend, I know what you mean I too have a new born and she makes me smile from inside out. She is the sun that shine through my darkest most Winterest days and nights. Her smile is so great that it can melt the biggest and coldest ice.........Thank you for your response .......

your right my friend, our children can give us a sweet smile for the whole day even do we are sleepy or tired once they laugh it all gone what you feel, that is the best medicine our little angels can give us.

My wife and children make me smile. I have a wonderful wife who's waiting home for me right now and I just can't wait to get home and give her a big hug and kiss -- hopefully she's not too under the weather. I have a five year old girl, and I love having her run up to me and give me hugs and kisses and squishes. I have a cute little nine-month-old baby, and I just LOVE seeing that toothless ear-to-ear grin when I come home after a long, hard day at work! When I come home tonight, I'll kiss the wife and kids, and make myself a cup of hot chocolate! Now that would make me smile!

It is wonderful to have a loving family that makes you smile. I am sure they feel the same way about you. It is when you show love and can care for others that in return the love comes back twice fold. It is great to have a life partner that you adore so much and kids that you love and show so much affections to. You are truly bless...Smile and go hug and kiss your family hehe

I smile about everything (LOL). But don't assume that I am a crazy person. Okay, I smile funny things (of course). I also smile when someone also smiles to me. I smile when people whom I love are happy. I also smile when the whole world smiles. I hope you'll get the picture.

LOL okay your crazy lol just kidding. Yeah I understand your just a happy go lucky kinda of a person. Which is good then you have no problems with your heart. They say that happiness warms the heart and keeps it healthy. So, therefore you must have a very healthy heart.........

Oh sorry about the hospital thingy. I hope it was not serious. I hope you have recover from whatever it was. Yeah, it is true that things sometimes gets into our head then into our heart and we forget what is truly meaningful. We should love people and use things. Love those who love us treat those who love us with care. Make those who love us smile just as they do for us.............Hobbies are great, I have a few too....blogging and and learning how to make websites is just one of the many I have.

Right now my husband makes me smile. Babysitting makes me smile. Because i just love being around children. And i know as soon as i have my baby he will make me smile too. And it is great seeing others treat each other nicely.

what makes me smile is thinking and seeing the blessings God has given me.
my parents make me smile.
my wife and child and brother and sister makes me smile.
the beautiful sunrise and sunset gets me smiling.
the wonders of God's creation makes me smile.
seeing and feeling the presence of God makes me smile too.
there are many, many things in this world that could make me smile.
keep smiling.

That is great. Happy to hear that there are so many things that makes you smile. Hopefully there are also many things that makes you happy as well. God's blessings are many and we should smile and be happy because we are still alive, the sun still shines, the birds still sings, the flowers still blooms.....

Hi friend.my partner makes me smile.seeing a small child makes me smile.the beauty nature makes me smile.i guess if things are good in your life and you have love in your life then everything near you makes one smile.every creature of god is very beautiful,its only the way one looks.

Very true...the secret to being happy is first believing that happiness is all around us. If we realize that all the blessings we have are from God, we would be in a happier state of mind. It's like Christmas every day, from the moment we open our eyes in the morning we get a gift, such as our eyes being able to see, our hands being able to move, the sun still shining, all these are gifts/blessings from God. Because we don't know, it can be taken away from us with a blink of an eye. Like that family who was just coming home from a vacation and got slammed into by a drunk drive. All five members gone just like that in a blink of an eye. so treasure those around you that loves you and feel blessed and SMILE...Life is good when you have the blessings of the Lord...

i smile when i think about home. living away from home is difficult. anything that reminds me of home makes me smile. for examples, kids playing around remind me of my nephews and nieces. family reunion or gathering reminds me of my own family. when i meet a countryman/woman, i remember home. when i hear bikol or tagalog, i miss home. but they all make me smile.

Aww, how long have you been away from the Philippines? We visit Daly city almost once a week and it's mostly all Filipinos. Yeah, and I know how it is to miss home. When I moved to LA and was away from my family I miss them a lot too......

Good day ,dear friend !I have the same feeling with you,my family make me smile .The nice day ,the people have kind-hearted,the interesting movies or books and some other things all can make me smile.I like smiling .Everytime when I smile I find everything isn't so important and I can do everything well .

There are lots of things that make me smile. My kids to start with, and my husband. My crazy dog. She's so cute! Feelings of accomplishment make me smile. For example, when I finish a craft project I've been working on, or when I accomplish something great at work. I could go on and on...

That is fantastic...I am hearing a lot about family so I would say that is number one thing that makes most people happy on this planet....You do craft projects? What kind of stuff do you do? Like knitting, sculpturing, or making stuff like Martha stuarts?

My nephew makes me smile. Last night, when I arrived, he was still awake, and when he saw me he clapped his hands to think he's only 13months old.
Whenever he is not around I would take a look at his videos. He really is such a sweetheart. :P

Yeah, my sister is the same way like you. She loves to come over and play with my kids and when she doesn't have the time she often calls. She have their videos and also pictures on her computer. She tells me that when she is not happy she looks at their pictures and videos and it makes her smile........

there are lots of things that make me smile as well. to start, my family - some of the time anyway. especially my sister, she's my best friend. my boyfriend also makes me smile. and my pets. all cute animals make me smile really, haha.

That is wonderful, my sister too have the same bond like you and your sister. She makes me laugh more than smile though. I make her laugh too but more often sometimes too much. LOL...My doggies use to put a huge smile on my face when I had them.........
