brushing regimen

How do you train kids to brush after every meal? My kid is four, and we go through a whole process of negotiation - to which I submit sometimes; but most of the time, not. I am very busy and I need to get things done quickly.

I don't think you have to teach you children to brush after every meal - do you do that yourself? Just train them to do it in the morning and again in the evening, that should be enough.

Yes, as a matter of fact, I do. So morning and evening that's fine? That's what we are doing now. Thanks!
