if you sell on Ebay how do you find this time of year ?And how about the closer it gets to Christmas ?I've been on for many years and before used to find a lot of new people coming on from boxing day onwards (people getting computers fo Christmas and joining Eaby.)

i sell on Ebay and have found this time of the year to be very good for sales. usually towards the end of november until the middle of january sales go very well for me. people like to shop for holiday gifts. also, after the holidays buyers like to spend the money they receive for gifts!

i completely understand and respect your viewpoint. :) i have had 2 buyers who told me they spent their Christmas money on my artwork in my ebay store. that's why i mentioned it. :)

Well, I am an ebay seller and things were going really well until paypal froze my account. I was on a roll. Making a lot of money. I was really looking forward to getting my daughter some nice presents too. Now the money is frozen in paypal. I have called everyday and nothing is getting done. They keep giving me excuses. First it was that i had to wait til the packages were delivered. Now when I called this morning, I was told that they had to verify that the customer received their item with the customer. When my shipments required the customer to sign for the package. I am really frustrated. Sorry for the long comment. Just angry that thay have basically stolen my money. I will not be using paypal any longer.

I do spend the money if the price is reasonable or if that item is only avaiable on ebay. Sometimes I wait until the price drop. During christmas time many items prices go up so I wait or bid. I bid even if I know I am going to lose because their is a chance other buyers won't bid because they think they will lose.
