christmas is a time for friends and family to get together and enjoy the spiritual gifts of life. its about giving and not receiving. and its about being around the ones you love and hold dear to your heart

I have to agree with you 100%... that is what Christmas means to me with but most important here at our home it is about Jesus's Birth =) Thank you so much again for your response Stacy

To me, X'Mas means a great time, a holiday time, a time for glitter, and joy, and decoration. It denotes prosperity. I know some people say that people celebrate a 'Christless' Christmas at present. I do not know what that means. Are these people asking us to cut the celebrations out of Christmas and spend it only in prayer? That would be dull and boring. Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ. I think this is the greatest respect we can pay Christ--celebrating His birthday with joy and happiness and trying to make one another happy.
