my client LOVES black forest ham she eats it plain, on sandwichs, i'm sure its great in a salad my mother only used the bone of ham to make pea soup - I make mine without meat - because I'm allergic to so many things I avoid meat when I can

Thats what I do is use the bone , but this is boneless which I find isn`t salty enough but its still good .... I was thinking of a ham wrap with veggies I don`t know I`ll get my BF to help figure it out with me ... Thanks so much , maybe I`ll just do tossed salad with ham ...

I have never heard of Black Forest ham. When I make ham I use the leftovers to make scalloped potatoes and ham and black bean soup. I really don't care for pea soup, but my husband loves it.

I love black forest ham, but I've really only had it sliced from the deli. I imagine though you could make scallop potatoes and ham casserole. Or even add it to eggs for breakfast.
