Yes me and my spouse espically me once we saw indentify theft had account closed and request a signature check. We sadly did'nt catch it at first.Several months later after account has been opened.The error was caught but once it was caught we took the proper actions on our part. Sadly they never followed through on thier end.Now they are threatinging to garnish my spouse wages etc...No they do not know where we presnt live or have our phone number. But just afraid harrass my spouse at his place of employment is all I am worried about. Yes Virginia general attorney office is also being contacted about this issue as well.
