sleepless night...

December 10, 2007 2:22pm CST
HeLp! For the past few weeks, i hardly sleep at night. Though i have some problems to think about but i manage to keep them out from my head when im about to go to bed. I used to have this funny way of making myself doze off to sleep, i count jumping sheep over my head. I read it from a book which i cant recall the title, that its best to do that technique. I guess its not working with me nowadays. I dont want to take some medications of any kind. Im having dark circles around my eyes and my collegues are keep noticing it. Is there anyone who could give me an info or sort of any kind that may of help?

When I go through periods of sleeplessness I find that exercise helps me sleep. I go for long fast walks and burn myself out then when I hit the sheets I am asleep before I know it.

avoid sugary or caffeinated drinks before sleep. try meditation, taking a long, warm bubble bath, read a book, exercise. if that doesn't help you should really deal with the problems that are worrying you and really try to solve them. it may be hard to confront them, but you must

It's really terrible. You could drink a glass of hot milk I think, because milk can administer to sleep, hot milk could relax your body and nerve center. Then make yourself comfortable on bed for sleeping, posture a good pose for your sleep, and thinking about I'm sleeping now.
