I Hate Crappy Customer Service

So, I seemed to have messed up for a website that I have been writing for, either that or they are cheating me. They published items that I didn't know they published, under an e-mail address I didn't know they had. Then when I ask about what I should do to fix the mess I have now made out of it using a different e-mail address and duplicating materials, that treat me like I am trying to Cheat and my account should be deleted! I hate having people be rude! I hate having lousy customer service, though in this case it is classified as "partner" service. Errr...Plus I still don't know how to proceed...
