What kind of egg roll recipe do you want? I have a Chinese cook book with an egg roll recipe where the wrap is an egg. Most egg rolls I've eaten they normally use a won ton wrapper. Mostly you just stir-fry some meats (pork mostly) maybe some carrots and cabbage and any seasoning you would like.
