Coffee has been popularly known to be containing caffiene which was thought to be not good for our health especiaaly in pregnanrt mothers. But at present Nestle Research Center in Switzerland reported that coffee is one of the richest source of antioxidant, much more than red wine, green tea and cocoa. Another eye opener is it is good in preventing diseases such as cancer and coronary diseases. It now claimed that it slows down aging process because its antioxidant properties prevent cell damage. So we can now enjoy drinking coffee and its benefits. Are you a coffee drinker?

Yes and definitely thats true. I love coffee and it is one of my favorite drink specially in the morning. I take a cup of coffee in the morning, even in the lunch time, merienda time or dinner time. I will take also a coffee when I feel something unexplain to my body and when I feel stress. For me coffee is my vitamin for my body.

I love coffee and I drink this twice a day. I drink herbal coffee, one which is the Ganoderma which contains ganoderma mushrooms rich in protein and lots of minerals. I feel a bit strong and it contains 1mg of caffeine. It doesn't make me sleepless but rather helps insomniacs, too.

Yes its true the effect of coffee keeps us awake and alert and I have read that it also protect us from diabetes and cancer of colon and liver. Ganoderma is also good. They say that Coffea Robusta has more antioxidant effect than C. arabica and the effect is better if brewed. However, I notice that sometimes if I drink a lot of coffee I tend to be jiterry. Too much caffiene has its bad effects too.

I drink a couple of small cups in the morning and another in the evening. I do enjoy a good cup of coffee and it's good to hear that it might be good for you (in some way) I know the caffiene isn't all that good if your don't hydrate with water, but I did hear that coffee is loaded with an antioxidant. It's great news, because I only used to drink my 2 small cups in the morning and that was it for the day. I had been feeling that the cup in the evening wasn't good for me...caffiene a few hours before bed... but now I can enjoy my cup of java before I sit down to MyLot in the evening : )

This study was made by Nestle who is promoting their brand of coffee . Though I still believe we should drink coffee in moderation just to be on the safe side. Meantime enjoy your coffee...

I am a coffee drinker. A 2 cup in the morning gal. Recently the brand I use put the antioxidant information right on the container. So aside from being an eye opener. It has some healthy stuff in there too. What an awesome way to jumpstart the day.

Yes there are lot of recent innovations for adding flavors to the coffee and some brands have really researched on its good effects to health. It is a good news because I believe most of us are coffe drinkers to give us added zest every morning when we wake up and work.
