I think it is an excellent show. Oprah is a very thoughtful person and has donated millions of dollars to charity. She also highlights evils in society such as spousal abuse and offers advice to women to get out of such situations. She has also started a school in Africa for underprivileged girls. I don't watch her on a daily basis but when I do I get inspired.
