Update on my status at Workplace... talked with my manager.

Atlast after so many days I have managed to talk to my manager regarding all these issues that my journey got cancelled and all. Today I wanted to tell my PM to release me from the project. he says that is not possible. managers have their own way of saying. Now he says me it may be cancelled this time but you will be getting chances in future. He even tells now I take your responsibility to see you get chances in future.But how can I believe him now? After so many time it got cancelled. I will continue to search for new job and change this as early as possible.

all i can see is your manager giving you false hopes. i'd be disappointed and frustrated too if i have that kind of manager. if he wanted you to grow and develop yourself professionally, he would have granted you that travel a long time ago and let you have good field work experiences.
i think its only wise to look for a better job like what you are doing already. good luck to you and i hope you'll find a much better job and a much nicer manager who would treat you equally with the other employees. ^__^

glad to know you've talked to your boss already. it's always best to have an open communication in a workplace.
if you think and feel you're not happy with your present job now, you have every right to resign, unless you are bonded by a contract that states you cannot resign unless your term or maybe the project is over. make it formal - write a resignation letter and state reasons why. but don't forget to thank the company and the people you work with just the same - no matter how you have been treated and dissatisfied with the job policy & all.

it seems its better you have talked with him. may be he can keep in mind about your concern Also it is not right tio believe him now.If he has done this in past, no body to believe.
