How Many Levels of Referrals do you take 25% of their earnings?

Does anybody know - How many levels of referrals that it is, that you take 25% of their earnings? And what type of earnings they need to be for you to be able to have that share claimed on your behalf.

one and the only first level .
if your referrals get referrals under them then
they will get benefit of it . not a penny comes
for you . you only get the 25% of your referrals'
actual earnings minus their own referral amount .
