Tell me about Displaying LEVELS just after every username in any post.....

I am seeing Levels for the first time in every posting of mylot user name. I don't know what is that. Anybody having idea may answer me.... How the levels are displayed. What is the purpose of it.. Anybody tell me about that..... I will be waiting for that....
