"yahoo inbox, thers a problem"

i have a yahoo account, but it doesn't work until now and i don't know what im going to do.i can send a message to my contact list but i cant receive any messages.and i try to contact the help center but it still not work it didn't help me,it is useless.so i want to know what i am going to do?pls give an advice so that i can know what im going to do?

I have been using yahoo for the last 1 year 4 months and I do not have any problems with them. Everyday they process close to 200 emails all are promptly put in my mail box. ONly problem I am facing is when attached files are uploaded particularly when it has pictures, it takes long time and the files have to be split to make it easy uploads. Yahoo is one of the finest email service providers.

yeah i know because my sister is also using yahoo site but i don't understand, that why my yahoo mail box doesn't accept any messages. and i want to fix it but i dont know how? ill keep on trying everyday but i cant,thats my big problem on yahoo.
