Do you believe that we are in a real spiritual warfare?

Some believe that we are in a real war with the devil and his angels and some dont. What do you believe?

I think the ones saying there is a spiritual war is just trying to pick fights to please their god. It isn't about spirituality, it is about religion and dogma. I do not believe in this sort of thing though. Some people just go too far where spiritual paths are concerned. Spirituality is a totally personal thing that others cannot dictate.

I know personally that we are in a spiritual war. And our God does not like fights. Satan tried to pick a fight with God when he tried to be him.

Actually, there is a spiritual warfare going on. There is a whole spiritual world that we do not see. There are angels and 1/3 of them fell with satan. The bible warns us about them.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Revelation 12:12 ....Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath because he knows that he has but a short time.

Personally, I think Christians are raging a spiritual war in their own minds. I mean, the only other religion that claims spiritual war is the Muslims. All the peaceful religions in the rest of the world may have stories to guide people to be better, but none go around raging war on other religions.

no, I do not beleive that we are in a real war with the devil and his angles. My wife is able to actually talk to spirits, and has been able to since 1991. I can asure you there really is a God, and there is no devil. I won't go into it any further.

Oh yes there is a devil and he would like you to think he dont exist so that he can do anything he wants to you and you wouldnt think it's him because hey there is no devil, right? As far as spirits go there are all sorts but many of them are not of God. I have heard and seen my share of them.
The spirit speaketh expressly that in the latter days some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.

Christians are always in spiritual warfare against the devil. The devil is roaming around as a lion seeking a prey and therefore Christians should always be in the go and be prepared to be able to withstand the temptations made by the devil as it is the work of the devil to tempt people to do wrong and against God to lure people so that Satan would have many companions to be thrown in the lake of fire burning in sulfur which we call hell. So let us all beware.
