I've a headache

Recent days, I'm having trouble in falling asleep..lol..You know, the school, the dormitory, the students, then the niose..lol.. And the final exams... Headache, headache, headache... Any help?

Your headaches might be caused by all the stress. Just try to take a breather from everything that has you stressed. Dont think about all the exams and such. Maybe go out with some friends to take your mind off of everything.

Thank you. I'll try. But it's a bit hard to take my mind off of everything...I don't know why I'm always thinking for everything...

hi zlesing i think that's due to stress of everything you've mention. One way to get rid of that is take some time off, even just a whole day of pampering only yourself. Take a day off, perhaps you can go to spa and have a nice massage,or go to more quite place.

Don't tell me you are lazy during the term!! Nothing help, just be active and active. Make up what you must done and haven't done.

T_T... Thanks for responding. But maybe you just don't know what situation I'm in now. This is a phycial problem, the headache make me feel terrible. And the reason is that I lack of sleep... What make this happen? It's the stress of the final exams and the noise around me...lol... Any you're right that I'm lazier than last semester...lol...I'll try my best to pass all the exams... Active, make up what I must donne and haven't done... But I'm still suffering the headache...T_T
