Good Traffic Exchanges? Or Add Tracking Software?

I have a few new programs I am trying like mad to promote. And there are just so many traffic exchanges out there that I don't know which ones to use. Which traffic exchanges have you had success with? Let me know and if I don't belong to it then I will join under you! I am also looking for a way to track my ads (cheaply) so that I know where to spend my money for advertising to best benefit my programs promotion. Any help would be most welcome.
