phillipines..one of the most corrupt?

by the newset survey,the phillipines is known to be one of the most corrupt countries..im a filipino and i wonder why our country is being corrupt?maybe thats the reason eventhough our country is rich of natural resources and the filipinos are very industrious,we are still in third world country..filipinoes,pls help our country to suevive this tragedy..and to the government..pls stop CORRUPTION!

You are right. We must help our beloved country to get rid of corruption. The best cure for that is that people should really be converted to become real christians where they know how to be honest at all times, to speak the truth, to do what is good and pleasing in the eyes of God!
