Stupid!!! How would you feel if you lost the internet for about a year and when you finally were able to get back on, one of your profiles was messed up...as if someone came in and tried to delete part of you? Well that is exactly how I feel right at this moment!! I feel like someone came in and tried to delete me!! As I have said, I finally got the internet after being away for a year. Well I have a couple of profiles that needed to be updated, one was on Myspace, and it is kinda hard especially with all of the changes that have been made on the net to try to remember EVERYTHING that needs to be updated. So I went into my Myspace picture profile just a few minutes ago, and about 10 of my pictures have been deleted that were of my babies. Also, some of the captions that I put on my pictures had been deleted as well as the comments that were left on some of my pictures. You talk about being p!ssed off!! I feel so violated!! Who the heck would do something like that??? That is personal stuff!!

I know and I STILL am, but I know that if I go to Myspace about it they will tell me that there is nothing they can do which I feel is even more outrageous!!! I understand that by putting personal stuff on the internet makes you a target, but why my kids, why nothing else? THAT is what REALLY bothers me.

Perhaps they delete users after a year or 6 months of inactivity. Seems like you could have gone to a public library or a friends house once every couple of months to check on things you feel are so important. I don't know, maybe you live in some 3rd world country and things are not as easily accessible as in Oregon.

And also you should never keep important stuff on the internet. Backup on CD is the safest way.

That is just it...I was not deleted, my pictures were!! And nothing else. I could have gone somewhere and checked on it but because you don't know all that much about my situation I'm just going to tell you that I did what I could. And I'm not from a third world country if you look on my profile here, even though I feel like I might as well be. As far as backing my pictures up. That is not the point, I have all my pictures not only on my computer, but on disc as well. So I can easily put them back on there. The point is that someone would be mean enough to delete pictures of someone else's kids...and NOTHING ELSE!! And besides that, that is the last thing I would expect anyone to do, go and delete pictures. Not mess with private info, not mess with blogs, not put comments on someone else's profile...just delete pictures.

"Seems like you could have gone to a public library or a friends house once every couple of months to check on things you feel are so important. What business is it of yours to tell someone else on mylot what they should or should not do about anything?
