I stumbled upon a site ebates.com today and I was just wondering what other mylotters thought about this site and if you guys think it is worth signing up for. It is a site that when you shop online they give you a certain amount of you money back. Like if you shop at target you get 8% of you money back. If you use this site, Do you like it?

I'm a member of Ebates but frankly I tend to use BigCrumbs.com much more - I think, overall, that their percentage of cash back is greater. I have a 'crumb saver' account at Big Crumbs (which means I opted for larger % off over getting a greater % of anyone I refer) and some of the examples of the rates you can receive from Big Crumbs are as follows: Barnes & Noble - 4.5% Best Buy - up to 2.7% Ebay - 36% of seller paid fees Kohl's - 3.6% One of the items I purchased last month was a subscription to Newsweek. I got a 54 issue subscription through the Big Crumbs link to Magazines.com for $20. Since I used the Big Crumbs link, I was refunded 31.5% of my $20 (worked out to $6.30 rebate), which I think is an outstanding deal. Ebates offers 25% back. Just think: if you shop using a 'rewards' type credit card, you're adding even more savings! You should sign up for both and compare your percentages. Nothing wrong with shopping for the best deal you can get, right? FYI - you indicated you just stumbled onto Ebates. Just for reassurance's sake, they've been around for quite awhile so you don't have to worry about your membership (and your $$) suddenly disappearing on you.

You know, I tried and I'm not sure I was able to...that's okay. Just go to bigcrumbs.com and sign up! I'm lousy at getting referrals for stuff anyway :)
