i was just thinking... you believe in god, thats fine.. but why the bible? it just makes the belief in god sooo much harder cuz its filled with hypocrisy and inaccurate information.. not to mention it was changed like 3 or four times and translated way more than that.. i just find that those who believe in the bible need to be ignorant of history, science and logic to keep their faith going.. is what im saying true, or am i mistaken?

i have no problem with the bible as long as i remember the era and society in wich it was written it was not written in the 20th century it was written at a time when the "known "world was much different than it is today remember that and it is much easier to comprehend!

i think you're making a mistake and based on your discussion you sound totally ignorant of your history. i believe that the bible is the most accurate history book in this world right now. ok, the bible has been revised a couple times that's why i don't read the american version of the bible, i read the King james version of the bible. ther's so much more to the bible than what you hear about on television. example; scientists said that a meteor killed the dinosaurs but have failed to show the crater where this meteor struck. according to the bible which talks about the flood and noah's arch i believe that the flood killed the dinosaurs that's why most fossil remains are found in swamps or other muddy areas.

Where have you been? They located that crater years ago & have even located a second crater that probably wiped out the mammoths centuries later on. Not to mention if there really was a flood that great the amount of water vapor in the air would have made it impossible to breath. Everyone including the people & animals on the arc would have drowned. Not to mention there were seagoing vessals at that time that could have easily carried more survivors for that long a time. Where are they? I'd also find it even more unbelievable that there weren't any stories of dinosaurs gobbeling up people in the bible if supposidly they were still around for the flood like you say.

Actually LilMiss if you read the bible you would see there a certain "creatures" in the Old Testement that would describe certain dinosaurs. In the book of Job the Behemoth is talked about and is believed to be a type of dino.

I believe in G-d but I don't understand all of the Bible. And it isn't what it says , it is how it is interpreted that is a little puzzling.I like that with Judaism, they have the Bible and the Talmud, a book of discussions on the Bible. So instead of just looking at the Bible one way, you get to see how others had seen it and you get to make up your mind.
