Does slash my cash pay?

I have recently joined slash my cash and have about $6.50 in my account from 20 minutes work and would like to know if it pays. It's forums are filled with unpaid complaints, however, some people said that it pays. I would like some unbiased people who have tried the site! It seems pretty reliable and I didn't want to download the toolbar incase it has a virus or something but I'm still making money!
