At what age did you knew that there is no santa clause?

I was about 8 or 9, I just kind of knew, no real evidence.

I always pretty much knew this was a lie. How do you think a 600 pound fat man. is gonna fit down a small chimney? It is just not possible! LOL The thing about him coming down the chimney always made me laugh.. what about people who let a fire burn all night? lol

I was 8 years old when I caught my mom bringing presents out to the living room. At the time we couldn't afford a tree and the trailer we lived in was too small anyway so we would decorate the kitchen counter and put the presents on top. Well one night, and I swear I remember this like it was yesterday, my mom left me sleep on the couch and I woke up when she was bringing the presents out. I asked her where Santa was and she said he gave her the presents instead of bringing them in himself. I knew there was no Santa after that, lol. I guess my mom should have made me go to bed that night instead of leaving me on the couch, lol. :)

i think i was 9 or 10 and i figured it out when i put out the cookies that my mom did not like and i found them in the garbage so i asked and she told me but i already had a clue
