Survey & PTC sites, do they actually pay?

No, dont spam my thread with PTC & Survey links. I'm just curious. Are there ones that actually pay? I did a few surveys and am collecting referrals on AWSurveys & basically i'm wondering, am I wasting my time? What're your thoughts on this survey site, and other survey & PTC sites? Not sure what a PTC is? Just scroll down a bit in my profile & and you'll find them, and at the top you'll find the survey one i'm talking about so you can get an idea. Thanks.

Some pay and some don't. I'd be careful with awsurveys. some say that it pays but even more say its a scam. I've gotten paid by inboxdollars, clixsense and mindfieldonline. There are others, thats just 3 off the top of my head. there are sites that will tell you which ones really pay and which are scams. www.beenpaid.com is one of them.

Oh yeah, I figured as much that at least "some" pay, I also knew about beenpaid.com, and it doesn't have any mention of AWSurveys, but judging from reading threads on mylot about 80% say it's a scam, and 10-20% say it's not. I think it's worth my time to see if it is or not, I mean, if they really pay upto 550$ a year that's definitely not shabby at all.
