Dec.22nd is the midwinter, today's night is the longest in the northern hemisphere. It's our Chinese custom to eat Dumplings(Jiao Zi) today. I'm a ungraduate in Beijing.I wait almost half an hour to have my dumplings(you know there are too many people in Beijing especially today they all intended to eat dumplings). I know many Americans like to eat Chinese food, but have you ever eaten dumplings?

I've had smaller dumplings and larger ones (but not as often). I need to go out and get or make some of both. It's been awhile for the larger ones.
