If you can own your own business what kind would it be?

I have always wanted to own a small bookstore. I just love books, and talking about them. Personally, I think owning a bookstore would be great fun. I think that maybe running an art gallery or an occult shop would be neat too. In the past, I managed a restaurant. And currently I am a freelance writer, but I would really like to do the bookstore someday. Lets be honest, running a business is hard work (personal experience), so you better love that business. And for me, that narrows it down to just three choices.
