And that is a very good statement how you describe your self for being a favorite food is chocolate. And like you I love to eat chocolate too. I love chocolates because of the taste that will last inside my mouth. I love chocolate because it will give a strength while in my work. Sometimes, when I feel stress and bored, I used to eat a chocolate candy to ease my stress feeling and my boredom.

in hot chocolate you can put marshmallows and cream on top then drizzle with chocolate fudge on top of the cream another variation is you can put some cinnamon in hot chocolate for additional flavor

I have 24karat chocolate that is called such because of either amond oil, coconut, natures best ingredients and the fact that it boosts your immune system and tastes absolutely divine I have offered this link below for you to check out . . . Please enjoy the greatest chocolate in the world ! sharing the light and happy holidays, Miss Erica Hidvegi, the Enlightenment_Advisor, B.A. Psych/M.A. Transpersonal Studies- Cnslng/Author, Artist, Photographer, Entrepreneur & Freelance extraordinaire http://www.freewebs.com/online-biz/affiliates.htm

I think chocolate tastes great just the way it is. I do like making chocolate fudge and brownies though.

One way I would think is to use all organic ingredients. Or add things like lavender, or rosehips. The best tasting chocoloate I ever came across was this really lovely organic dark chocolate with lavender and blue berries in it. Mmmmm I have to say it did add a lovely destressing to the enjoyment of the chocolate.

I made a lot of chocolates this year for Christmas, I bought some chocolate buttons and some different flavoured fondants in pineapple, strawberry and caramel. I already had quite a few moulds so I thought I would make all my own chocolates for Christmas and teh turned out really well, delicious...

-Use cream instead of milk during the tempering process to make a richer chocolate -Fill the chocolates with a tasty filling like whipped cream -Whip the chocolate itself to make a softer chew -Use remaining chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles as a decoration -Mix in safe mint to give yourself mint chocolate -Use it as the tempered mixture and dip your favorite foods in them, let them dry -Add in straight coffee or coffee with cream and sugar to your chocolate mixture
