Its another way of saying someone is mentally challenged. It a term to describe the special kid that rides the little short yellow bus who sits in the way back with the helmet on and licks the window as he looks out. Trust me its not a nice thing to be called and when people refer to someone as a window licker thats what it means.

Ok, thanks devilsangel. I have never been called one myself, that I know of. I had just seen the term used in other discussions, both on this site as well as others and wondered what it meant exactly. I knew it wasn't a good thing by the way it was used.

I might add that it also implies people who are in state institutions and that is how they pass their time. They actually are ususally severely handicapped. I have driven the short yellow bus.

I've met a few people who would be defined as window lickers, both handicap and non. The one's I use the term for are the idiot savants minus the savant LOL.

Window licker is British slang for someone that is... hard of understanding. Now I wonder which discussion you are referring to? I had some window licker that followed my discussions around (A stalker if you like) making half-witted comments. Thank goodness the moron seems to have disappeared a while ago.

I have no idea, but I do have a good imagination and I can just see a large troll or an elf with a very large tongue, going about licking windows. I suppose he does it just to see what is going on inside. But I went through and it is someone who is mentally challenged. I do not think it is nice to say that, the old term mentally retarded was much better.

Ha ha that is funny, so let me guess!Maybe it is someone who goes around licking windows...LMAO Heck i don't know! Maybe it is one of those stalkers that has to lick the window before he can stalk! or maybe its a peeping tom? but no! that would be a window breather wouldn't it? I just do not know, but hey all i can do is give it my beat shot!
