What is fate?

When something bad happens in one's life he will say it was his fate even without thinking what was the actual cause.The fault will be on his side.I am saying a second thought can always avoid a failure.

There's no doubt that many people blame fate for their failures in life. On the other hand, there are some unfortunate circumstances or failures that we can't avoid no matter how hard we try. What would you call that?
I believe that there is a reason for everything that happens in our lives. The good and the bad! And sometimes the reason is Fate.
