I want to forget the holidays.

This year, the holidays have been horrible. My sister for some odd reason has been trying to cause a family argument since Thanksgiving. Yesterday (Christmas Eve) I lost one of my best friends. He was my German Shepherd I had for 12 years. He died in his sleep. This morning, my very best friend lost her mother. It was very sudden. I am so ready for this holiday season to be over with. Please keep my friend Kelly and her family in your prayers. And I hope you have all had much better holiday than we have. God Bless all.

OH LDYBG I'M SO SORRY..I can relate to the holidays being brutal due to things out of your control (losing loved ones/pets/friends etc) and I can relate to the whole family member stirring up trouble too actually....I'm sorry the holidays have been rough for you..

Thanks Ravenladyj. I guess this was my year for bad karma or something. I will not let it get the best of me but right now it is really tough.

That is so sad. I understand what you're going through but I hope you don't lose interest in the holidays. These are all trials in life that will make it more memorable for you and will make you a stronger person. Soon you'll be able to get over all these. I will pray for your friend Kelly and her family. I hope you'll be able to see the rainbow after the storm.
