As we grow close to the New Year, we can look back at the past one and evaluate what worked and what didn't work and respond accordingly in the New Year. What sort of things are you planning on doing in the New Year to earn money online?

My business plan next year really needs much hardwork and eagerness. I plan to do well in all my online ventures. And if possible, I want to engage myself in another part time job apart from my full time position in my current company.

Etsy.com worked the best for me as an online business. Associated Content was second. Yuwie didn't really work for me, as the payouts for that site is based on how much your referrals accomplish. I did sell some of my Etsy.com creations at Yuwie, so it did lead to some customers at my online shop. For 2008, my hubby bought me a new camera to help improve the quality of my photos for Etsy and hopefully, I can continue to make money there. I'll also stick with Associated Content , a couple of survey sites and of course MyLot. Great idea for a thread!

Well, i have a good plan, first to stay more to God and respect humanity. To get married and settle down.

First I want to really buckle down and really get more serious about starting my on-line photography business. What I need is a real balance (and 60 hours in a day would be nice). I've been spending more time writing articles than work on my photo website..uh, not good. I admit that, but hey, that's been cash in hand right away just about, while my on-line business is taking a long time to get going. It's been a dilemma for me, since like what do I do? Spend time on building that on-line business that isn't bringing in any money YET, until I'm really established, or work on those articles that bring in some money now?? So I just have to find that balance somehow That Power Mall has been kind of a dud...LOL..have you been successful at that yet??

60 hours would be awsome but somehow I think you and I would still need more time! I can understand needing to find balance, I need to do that too. I'm trying to seperate what's not working and focus on just writing since that's what has brought in the most cash and keep a few extra things like Yuwie where I earn good. MPM has made me exactly 19 cents to date. I'm not pushing it like I used to until I see more of a profit and an actual payout. I think the potential is there but it has major kinks.

I have a few sites that do nothing but clog my inbox... there is no activity aside from sending each other funny comments! I have a couple that are full of interaction and great people... almost as good as mylot, but not quite! I'll concentrate on quality instead of quantity, and free up time for finishing my inventory for my etsy shop. I'll have more satisfaction, and a bit more money!
