I am always feeling down. It is like I am geting no where. Where I was living was sold out from under me and I had to move out and had no where to go. But it was a good thing my mom took me in. I am really feeling low right now and I hope I find a place soon. Because I can't stand all the fighting that my family is doing, because I am staying with my mom. They are on me everyday about finding a place and it's not like I not trying. I cry myself to sleep a night everynight. The stress is really getting to me.I just don't know what to do.

Im really sorry to hear that your feeling so bad. Try going out with your friends one night. Maybe that will make you feel better. Look in newspapers and online and maybe you will be able to find a new place to live. Good luck.

If you don't have any friends then try to make some. Be open to relations....life is beautiful and you must enjoy it.

Take a deep breath and try to relax. Sure you are at a down part of your life right now, but things will get better, they always do. Set up a plan to find a new place and then stick to it. Try to look at the bright side. Your mom did take you in when you had no where else to go. You are not on the streets hungry or cold. It is natural to feel depressed or down at a time like this, but you must not let it control your life or you won't be able to get out of it (I know, I have been there).

ok I understand what you are saying but it is not about you staying with your mom that upsets the other family it is about the extra bills and money going out the door that they dont have to put out. Sorry you are depressed about this but put your shoes on the other foot and see how the other side feels for a change.

It's very easy to feel down these days what with the economy sucking and all that...but please remember that today is temporary and that each tomorrow is a new beginning. I know it's hard to live with your mom when the rest of your family is on your case, but I'm sure you're doing the best you can, they probably just don't understand what all you're going through. Try not to let them get to you anymore. I've been in your situation a few times actually. Somehow, some way, things just seem to work out eventually. If you're living in a safe enough neighborhood, maybe you should try getting out at night before bed, and take a nice long walk. That's helped me many times. Also, while you're lying in bed, try some deep breathing exercises. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth...try to imagine your belly as a balloon, fill it up as much as you can...then slowly exhale through your mouth....ahhhh that feels much better, really it does. Or you could take a nice warm bath...bubble bath if you can....imagine your worries being the water which is cupped in your hands...let the water slip through your fingers...going, going, gone. Or if you are using bubbles, you could cup some in your hand and blow them away or squash them with your palms...Really, I'm just trying to help you by letting you know what methods have helped me. I've tried meditation, but my mind races too much to do that, but if you can meditate successfully, then hey, why not?!? If you feel like your depression is beyond you, or if you're feeling sucicidal in the least bit, please seek help from a doctor! If you need an ear to listen, or eyes to read what you've written, please feel free to hit me up. Each tomorrow is the birth of a new day..... Best wishes to you...xoxoxox
