How to photograph a small room

I need some tips - I work as a real estate agent and often take photos of the properties for ads. Now, to photograph the outside and large rooms (lounge, dining & entertainment areas) is fairly easy, but how do I go about small rooms, like bathrooms and sleeping areas? Since they are usually 3m X 3m (about 10 foot x 10 foot), is is a bit of a problem. Any suggestions?

Depending on how small the room is Ive noticed it is better to stand at the door and actually take a picture of the floor itself. Then raise the pictures going up to the middle of the room.

this is what i was going to suggest! standing at the door definately helps, and aiming for where the floor meets the wall...you will get better with practice!

You may need to stand in a corner and hold the camera up high to get the best photo. If this doesn't work you could always try from a doorway. Another thought is to take more than one photo and then paste them together.
