Before you sleep at night, what do you always or often do?

I also pray before sleeping at night. I thank God for all the blessings that I recieved for that day. I also reflect on the things that I've done for that day, whether its is good or bad so that I'll know what to do on the following day. ^^,

I always whisper a prayer to my Saviour and Lord. Though I'm not perfect, that's only one area where I thank the Lord for His goodness upon me during the day! do you pray, too?

Yes I always try my best to pray though sometimes I tend to forget :(
