Do you Jog regularly.

Jogging is a form of slow running or trotting exercise. The main intention is to increase fitness. Regular jogging helps in maintaining health and fitness. After all Health is Wealth. I prefer a walk rather than a jog.

Hi, before I go jogging, but not now, i dont have time anymore. but instead of riding, i just walked specially when it is not far.
