Image resizing at one click - any suggestions

I wanna resize larger images to post in my blog/album. Do you know any online tool or other simple software to resize these images whgich are 1 MB in size to 100-200 KB. Do any of you wanna recommend something that you kow is effective and fast - I need to resize about 100 images!

acdsee,it is small but powerful.
the photoshop 7.0 and the like.
the photoshop supported batch photos resizing but it is more large than the acdsee.
