I saw the infomercial last night & am thinking about buying this. Have you used it? Did it help?

My cousin just bought it for me a while ago. I've read lots of people asking the same thing and most of them said that it works. I plan on seeing the results myself when I start using it a week later.

I have never heard of hip hop abs! what is it? what is it about? I guess obviously abs!
