do you have a nail file for yourself?
my nail get disease several months ago and I can describe it for you.
very ugly,be thicker,and have little empty hole in it,color for mixture of yellow and grey
is anyone here have the same experience and how can I deal with it in natual method or medicine?a nail file is ok?what's more,I suffered it from a sports game and my nail knock on something hard.

it will go normally those kind of problem, it happen to me whem i was cleaning my toe nail, i hurt my self even i cannot wear a shoes, because the blood will come out and the nail is totally damage & for long time the nail is lost, just i drink a medicine like amoxicillin then everything is come back normally. dont woryy about it.that is normal who play sports.like football anyway :)
