Which of the Harry Potter movies released is your favorite?

I'm definitely with you. The first movie still holds the most magic for me too. I especially like watching the very first part, up to the time Harry first gets to school. Finding out he's a wizard, Diagon Alley, the Hogwarts express, the boat ride to the castle - priceless. My family has made a tradition of watching the movie every Halloween after the kids get back from trick or treating.

There is no way I could pick just one. We have the first 5 on DVD and I love all of them. I've never understood how anyone can not like them...but oh well. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I agree with you! The first one was definately the best!

I think that the first one was the truest to the books. The latter ones drift a bit and it can be a tad irritating. I guess that I also like the earlier books better too, but I did enjoy the Half-Blood Prince when I read it. I might, then, also like the movie if they do something fresh with it. I might still love the books better.

I agree with you!To tell the turth,I think the first two movies are both good,but the first one show us a totally diffent world from the world we lives. It appeals to all of us!
