Whether the dollar will continue be devalued

During 2007 year, The dollar have devalued about 10%, I think it was terrible for many developing countries, For these countries's exports are depend on dollar very much. In the new year , How do you think about the dollar's perfromance? Hope America can solve her economic issues more quickly.
